Charity Auction

Weekly auctions of general household items are held at El Cid Restaurant, Benidoleig in the Costa Blanca, Spain to raise funds for various charities in the area.

Normal Friday afternoon weekly auctions.

Viewing of approximately 250 lots each week starts from 12:00 hours. The auction commences at 13:00 hours.

The public can enter lots for the normal weekly auction, but bookings are essential. A commission of 15% is deducted from the vendors. A premium of 50 cents for items purchased below 20 euros, and 1 euros for items purchased between 20 euros and below 50 euros, and 2 euros for items from 50 euros, is charged to the buyer of the lot purchased. Profits from the commissions and buyers premiums go to charity.

Submitting lots.

Please email the organiser, for available slots. Bookings are essential. A form in Word format to enter lots can be downloaded here. This form should be filled in with the description of your lots, together with a reserve if required, and emailed as an attachment to moc.liamg@noitcuadicle by the Thursday before the Friday auction. Lots must be delivered to El Cid Restaurant between 09:00 and 12:00 on Thursdays, or Friday mornings by special request.
