Call Divert
To activate Call Divert, lift the handset and press: *21*number# (where number is the divert destination number)
To deactivate Call Divert, lift the handset and press: #21#

Last Caller
To get the last callers number, lift the handset and press: *92#

Telephone Answering Service
Telefonica provides a free answer phone service:

To activate this service lift the handset and press: *10#
To deactivate this service lift the handset and press: #10#

When activated this service will answer any incoming calls after 20 seconds, approximately 8 to 10 rings. To listen to your messages pick up the receiver when the service is activated and wait a few seconds. There will either be a message to say that there are no messages or your messages will be played to you.

Pre-assigned Numbers
Those that have pre-assigned dialing through an alternative provider to Telefonica but wish to dial out using Telefonica should dial 1077 before dialing the required number. This will put you on the Telefonica line and not your other provider.
